Lingraja Temple:

Parasurameswara Temple built around 650 A.D. during the Shailodbhava dynasty, is one of the earliest examples of Oriya temple architecture. It features the classic Deul (tower) and Jagmohana (hall) style of design. The temple is adorned with intricate carvings of Hindu deities like Shiva, Ganesha, and Parvati, along with animals and floral motifs. It also houses the Saptamatrika, Asta Grahas, and the unique Sahasralingam with a thousand lingas. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the temple comes alive during the Parasumastami festival in July.
